You and your health - Natural Health Tips - by Dr. Claude Camredon

At our 2017 AGM Dr. Claude Camredon, who has a house in Plaza Arneva, was elected as a member to our Community Committee. At a recent meeting, Claude, who has a Doctorate in Medicine, spoke to me volunteering to write a series of essays, to be published on the Altamira website, covering a variety of health topics. It has been agreed that over the course of a year Claude will write six essays, each one being specifically featured for two months.

The articles are a new initiative in the evolution of our website. Most, if not all of us, have health issues and we are confident that you will find Claude’s essays both interesting and informative.

I am sure I can speak for all of us in my taking this opportunity to thank Claude, in advance, for his volunteering initiative.

Erwin Lahoda
President.
