Maintenance of Property – our Altamira Paint Code!

You will know that our Community rules stipulate that when repainting your property the colour should match the “original” tint when the property was built.

It is appreciated that some owners have had problems in selecting the correct colour and, hence, a variety of cream/white painted properties have emerged.

To help solve the problem the owner of a paint shop in La Zenia has visited Altamira and has identified the correct “Altamira Colour” – the paint code being N°6731.
This number is related to the well-known paint producer Titan.

The owner of the shop has agreed to offer all Altamira owners a special discount of 10%!

The name and address of the shop is:

Ferreteria & Bricolage Ferretón
Calle de Flores, La Zenia
(Next to the Supermarket Consum)
Tel.: 96 673 02 50

Best regards
