Is there anything to do after idleness in the heat – fiestas – alcohol – barbecues and lovely exaggerations? We all do enjoy summer, especially in Altamira surrounded by friends.
But do our bodies really follow this pleasure?
Less exercise, more fiestas with of course more alcohol, not really organic food on barbecues etc are a surcharge for our organism who is well equipped to sustain it, but!...
However, since most of us have more days behind us than in front, I strongly believe that a friendly support to our body is highly recommended.
Cleaning - Reinforcement and Exercise!
Cleaning:
In case of excess of food: help the Stomach, the Large Intestine and the Liver
In case of excess of toxins:
- acids: help the Kidneys
- sugars: help the Liver
Clean the Stomach: Verbena tea – Liquorice – Melissa
- in case of troubles: baking Soda or Betaïn Citrate
Clean the Kidneys: Orthosiphon – mouse-ear hawkweed – Dandelion…
- and drink more water before 19’00
Clean the Liver: Artichoke – Mary thistle – Desmodium
To be nice with the Large Intestine : Turmeric
Reinforcement:
If you follow the above recommendations, the organism should be rapidly reinforced.
To speed up the process: Spirulina – Coenzym Q10
Exercise:
Why not re start with some exercise like more walking – go shopping or dining to “La Fuente” by foot following the canal, walk to the Golf Club house restaurant!
And not forgetting the morning light gym!
